Become a Knight Application Safety by Choice, Not by Chance At , the safety of our students and school community is a top priority that isn’t left to chance. Here are a few ways JFWA prioritizes safety: JFWA & LMU have their own police force: the LMU Campus Police & Security. Half of the officers are deputized with Claiborne County. Security monitors JFWA entrances/exits during drop-off and pick-up times. For any movement of JFWA students outside the building that houses their classroom, campus security watches and stops traffic if applicable. The numerous security cameras on campus are monitored in-house by Campus security. All JFWA buildings are authorized key card entries only and require admission by the respective offices. Student Information Forms are filled out each year alerting administration about authorized pick-up information for each student. A student will not leave if an unlisted person arrives for pick-up. March 1, 2024 JFWA Adopts NWEA Map Testing (JFWA) Upper School and Senior High School are ushering in a new era of student assessment with the adoption of the Northwest Evaluation Association (NWEA) Measures of Academic Progress (Map) beginning this academic year.
